We have exciting changes over here at Mulberry Design, effective from September 25. I have been working with my new team for the past year and we are getting ready to move up a gear!
As part of a planned strategic shift, I’ll be stepping back from client-facing design work for several months to focus on internal projects and business development. This means we’ll be:
– Closing the books for larger projects for several months
– Only releasing a limited number of project slots as the diary allows
– Continuing to support existing clients where possible, depending on availability
Want to work with us?
We want to work with you too, and you can choose how to do that, either on an ad-hoc basis or as a priority client.
Ad-Hoc Client Structure & Pricing
From January 2025, all non-maintenance clients will be subject to the following structure:
– Minimum booking: Half day (4 hours)
– First hour (briefing/setup): £160
– Senior Designer £90/hour
– Creative Lead (Sarah Sarkies) £130/hour (including training)
– General Day Rate (for project work) £720/day
– 7-day turnaround: Time and a half
All work is billed immediately upon completion, and availability will be limited.
Priority Client Support?
If you’d like continued access to our support with priority queuing and no minimum booking, you may wish to consider joining our maintenance plan, which includes:
– Monthly WordPress software and plugin updates
– Ongoing site monitoring and security care
– Priority scheduling for additional work requests
(Just let us know and we’ll send full details.)

Looking Ahead
We completely understand that this change may not suit every client — and that’s okay. These adjustments reflect where the business is headed and how we can best serve our clients long-term. If you have any questions, or would like to discuss your next steps, we’re happy to help.
Thank you so much for being part of the Mulberry journey so far — and here’s to the next chapter.
Warm wishes,
Sarah
