All content for your website should be uploaded directly to your Project Workspace. This keeps everything organised, accessible, and ensures the whole team is working from the same set of files.
Here’s how to do it #
– Log in to your Project Workspace: https://hub.mulberrydesign.co.uk/
– Navigate to the “File Upload” folder
– Upload your text, images, logos, and any other materials into clearly named subfolders (e.g. Homepage, About Page, Services)
– Please name images appropriately so we know where they belong (e.g. about-headshot.jpg or service1-feature.jpg)
A few important notes #
Content must be organised in folders before upload. This helps us avoid confusion and keeps the project running smoothly.
Please do not email any content or images. We know it feels easier, but emailed files create a huge load on the project office, are hard to track, and aren’t accessible to the full team. For that reason, we can’t accept email submissions.
If you have a large number of images or files, you’re welcome to use WeTransfer to send them to us. Just be sure to let us know once you’ve sent them so we can confirm they’ve arrived.
