Phase 1: Onboarding #

We begin by setting the foundations for a smooth, creative process. This stage includes:

– Accessing your client portal and upload folder
– Completing forms to help us understand your business and vision
– Planning your website content
– Coordinating any additional services, such as photography

Phase 2: Content Collection #

Now it’s time to gather everything we need to shape your site.

You’ll send us:

– Page copy (don’t worry, we have guides to help!)
– Photography and imagery
– Branding assets like your logo, colours and fonts
– Any extras such as testimonials, blog posts, downloads or external links

Phase 3: Design & Build #

Once we’ve reviewed your content, we’ll book a collaborative design session via Zoom to:

– Discuss your goals, preferences and ideas
– Explore style and layout inspiration
– Finalise the creative direction

Then we’ll move into:

– Wireframing and layout planning
– Designing your homepage
– Building out the remaining pages
– Ensuring full mobile and tablet responsiveness

You’ll be kept in the loop throughout, with regular updates and review points.

Phase 4: Review & Refine #

When the first draft is ready, we’ll send over a preview of key pages or your full site.

Together we’ll:

– Walk through the design on a Zoom call
– Review and refine across two rounds of feedback
– Ensure everything feels just right before launch

Phase 5: Launch & Celebrate #

Once you’ve signed everything off, we’ll:

– Connect your domain and complete site migration
– Run final checks on speed, SEO and mobile optimisation
– Set your new website live!

This takes us a few days to plan and a day to complete.

You’ll also receive helpful launch tips and, if you’d like continued support, we’ll walk you through our care packages.

Phase 6: Training & Support #

We’ll provide a recorded training session tailored to your site, so you feel confident managing updates and edits. If you ever need a hand, we’re only an email away – and our support plans are designed to grow with you.
