Conversation #

This is our go-to space for project messages, updates, and check-ins. You can send questions or feedback here at any time. Keeping messages in one place helps us stay organised and ensures nothing gets lost in email threads.  If you can please reply direct to our emails that we send, they will all appear in the conversation.

Task Board #

We’ll use a shared task board to track progress and next steps. You’ll see what’s in progress, what’s coming up, and any actions we need from you. It helps keep everything on track and transparent.

File Upload #

You’ll find a dedicated folder to upload your website content, images, branding assets, and anything else we’ll need to bring your site to life. Please avoid emailing content — this keeps everything accessible for the full team and ensures it’s all in one place.

Project Phases #

Inside the project phases folder you’ll find everything you’ll need relating to each phase of the project and we may mark these for your attention as we progress through the project

Key Links #

We’ll add links to your project documents, training materials, design previews, and more. No digging through emails, it’s all right here when you need it.
