Your website isn’t just a one-time launch. It’s a long-term asset that needs regular care to stay fresh, secure, and running smoothly. That’s why we offer flexible support options to help you manage your site beyond go-live, tailored to how you prefer to work.

Your site has been built on a robust, scalable platform designed to grow with your business. With a lifetime theme licence included, your website is future-ready and fully adaptable as your needs evolve.

We’d love to continue supporting you long-term. Here are the two ways we can work together to maintain your site.

Priority Client Plan #

Perfect for businesses that want peace of mind with proactive support and ongoing management.

– Essential monthly software updates to keep your site secure and up to date
– Active security monitoring via our support console
– Discounted support rate of £80 per hour for additional work, training, or updates (no minimum required)
– Direct access to our support team for quick help when you need it
– Cost: £21 per month or £210 per year

Please note: the monthly plan is only available for 90 days after your website goes live

Ad-Hoc Work Plan #

Ideal if you prefer to manage your own site, but want support available when you need it.

– One-off essential software update and site health check carried out before any requested work begins
– Hourly rate of £95 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours per request
– Flexible support available as and when needed

With either option, you can rest assured that your site is in safe hands. Whether you’d like us to take care of everything, or simply be there when needed, we’re here to support you however it suits you best.
