Introducing Your Project Team #

During your project, both Sam (Project Manager) and Sarah (Creative Lead) will be in touch to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Sam will primarily guide you through the onboarding phase, while Sarah will take the lead during the design phase. You’re in safe hands with both of us, and we’re always here to answer any questions—whether by email or phone.

We like to keep communication open and easy, so while we ask that Zoom meetings be booked in advance, a quick phone call is always welcome if you have a question, it can really help keep things moving without getting stuck on diary availability.

The onboarding process starts straight away, as there’s a lot of information we’ll need from you before the design and build begins, but don’t worry, we will be with you every step of the way.

All clients are offered an onboarding call with Sam, who will walk you through the process via Zoom or phone.  This is optional, so just let us know if you’d like to book one.

Working Hours #

Our office has officially transitioned to a four-day working week. We’ll be available Monday to Thursday, 9-5pm with the office closed on Fridays.  Our ethos is that everyone deserves clear boundaries between work and play.

Project Workspace #

We manage your project entirely in a dedicated Project Workspace, a central hub for your website project. It’s where everything lives, so you always know exactly where to find what you need and what’s coming next.
